We're BnB Flow, and we help you find profitable short-term rental investments.
Our journey began in 2019 with the purchase of our first short-term rental for $308k. That property, despite being bought sight unseen, generated an impressive $114k in its first year—a remarkable 37% gross yield! Even back in 2019, before the Airbnb boom really took off, finding a deal like that was a rare find. The key to our success? Meticulous research and a deep understanding of the market.
We spent months researching potential markets, analyzing key data like average daily rates, occupancy rates, and projected revenue. We looked at location, property type, size, sleeping capacity, and amenities, building a detailed picture of what would make a successful investment. It was that meticulous research and deep understanding of the market that gave us the confidence to take a chance on that first property – and it changed our lives.
Fast forward to 2024, and we've hosted 6000+ guests and counting, scaled our portfolio across multiple markets, and transitioned from a six-figure software engineering career to full-time short-term rental investors.
